“This is a fantastic property. We stayed here on a family trip to County Mayo. Sarah and Liam were very responsive and helpful prior to our stay; they even found us a stroller to use for our 13-month old during our visit. The house is definitely a luxury property and is well-appointed with a lovely kitchen and dining space. Croagh Patrick is visible behind the house, and the views onto Clew Bay from the house are spectacular. The house is situated on a very quiet lane, which is nice. It is about a ten-minute walk to Westport Quay, which has a few shops and restaurants, and a 40-minute walk into Westport proper. We had some excellent meals at Cronin’s Sheebeen, which is about a five-minute stroll. Excellent heat in the house and proper “American” dryer. We hope to return and stay at this property again. I would say it is the nicest I have stayed at in Ireland”.

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this house over the June Bank Holiday weekend.

The house itself is stunning. It is finished to a very high standard and located on a small headland just outside Westport. The location is private and peaceful with stunning views out over Clew Bay. There is lots of private outdoor space to wander and roam, which abuts Clew Bay itself. It is not a beach but our kids loved exploring and paddling at the edge of the water.

The house is large and easy accommodates a large group. There is also a pool table for any rainy days!

There is a lovely pub located an easy stroll from the house that serves good quality food. Westport Harbour is a 10 / 15 minute walk with other options for food and drink. Westport town is a short drive.

We would highly recommend this house for a family get away”.

“Our group of 3 families with young children stayed at Sarah and Liam’s home for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! This home is simply beautiful - gorgeous views from every window, fabulous furniture and a great and very spacious layout.

The Airbnb is in a fantastic but private location, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the Quay restaurants/ main area.

One of the rooms with the King bed has a small alcove with a twin bed.

This is an amazing value if you are looking for a small group Airbnb in the Westport area. I truly do not think a better Airbnb can be found! All of us were extremely impressed with this home.”.

“The house and the location are exceptional. Westport Quay is within easy walking distance, with good restaurants & pubs and a few shops, where you would get all essentials. Westport town is a short drive and a very pretty 30-40 min walk. As a family (teen/adult children) we really enjoyed having a fully functioning house, to eat, relax and explore the local area.

Communication with hosts was prompt and helpful and we were greeted with a nice welcome pack. We also really appreciated that there were some essentials left for us, such as salt, pepper, jam etc. The interior of the house is very spacious and appliances are of an excellent standard. We had a great few days of fabulous family hikes and fun dinners in. The views from all the windows are breath taking, no matter which way you look and the house design makes the most of the location.

It is a very special house and location, which made for a memorable weekend. Would love to revisit”.

“We had a great family stay at Sarah & Liam's place, the house is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the location is truly jaw dropping. Even in the rain we were so happy taking in the sea views from the dining area, every window presents more beauty and the house is really well located. They were very helpful and accommodating with the travel-cot and high-chair, and quick to respond to messages. The house is easy to find, with plenty of parking. All the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed relaxing by the fire in the evening. Would love to come back in the summertime, Westport is a wonderful place to visit with lots of wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend, you will be hard-pressed to find a nicer place in the area”.

“The house is amazing. It is set in such a beautiful location and is finished to the highest standard. We booked for a special occasion, my mothers 70th and it did not disappoint. The weather was not great but the setting is so scenic and the house is so beautiful that it did not dampen our stay. The hosts are wonderful and couldn’t do enough. There is a pub restaurant a 5 minute walk away with great food and Westport quays is a 2 min drive. I would highly recommend this house and the hosts”.

“Sarah and Liam's place is a gem inside a gem! So close to the lovely town of Westport, yet you feel as though you could be miles way. The house itself is stunning, finished to such an incredibly high standard with so much space and comfort. The kitchen in particular is superb and a cook's dream! The view from the property is picture postcard and such a wonderful backdrop to your morning coffee.

Sarah/Liam and their co-host were responsive, kind and helpful and answered all our questions. They also provided us with some lovely welcome gifts, including some treats for our little dog. The pooch loved it here as much as we did. He particularly loved chasing his ball (and sometimes the robot lawnmower) around the landscaped, secure gardens.

It is a wonderful place and we can't wait to come back again with some friends and family...as we've been raving about it since we got home!”.
